What I can say…. collection of natural and cultural wonders, from the crowded concrete jungle to the mountains, plains and forests which cover most of the continent. Country I lived for quite a long time. Many states visited, lived in few major city’s and traveled most national parks. Like every country it has good and bad. It depends on people what they looking after…..
I’ll start from festivals and the most memorable of all is Burning Man.
Once a year tens of thousands of participants gather in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to create Black Rock City, dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. They depart one week later, having left no trace whatsoever. Then they return home to embody the principles they learned year-round.
People new to Burning Man often assume that it’s a regular “festival” as they’ve come to know them, a mostly passive experience where everything is planned, orchestrated and pre-packaged by the event producers, and attendees just come and enjoy the show. In fact, the exact opposite is true … the people who attend Burning Man are no mere “attendees,” but rather active participants in every sense of the word: they create the city, the interaction, the art, the performance and ultimately the “experience.” Participation is at the very core of Burning Man, and there are many ways to participate. In this section you can learn about the opportunities.
Same festival another year. It was hard to resist not to come again.
Less known Symbiosis Gathering, an arts, music, and conscious lifestyle event much like a mini Burning Man in the mountains, taking place approximately 15 miles up a one-lane dirt road from the town of Angels Camp in Yosemite National Park California
